Who is the data controller?
Under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the data controller is Netsta Yazılım (Levent, Istanbul). You can reach us at merhaba@netsta.net.
What do we collect?
- Contact forms: name, email, company, website, the services you’re interested in and your message.
- Call requests: the day and time you choose.
- Technical audit requests: the website to audit, city and industry.
- Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address, used to prevent abuse.
Why do we process it?
To reply to your request, schedule calls, prepare audit reports and — only with your explicit consent — send you newsletters and announcements.
What is the legal basis?
Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest. Marketing messages rely on your explicit consent; that checkbox is unchecked by default.
Who do we share it with?
We never sell your data. It may be shared with the providers we use for hosting and email, only as far as the service requires.
What are your rights?
You can ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Send requests to merhaba@netsta.net.
